Summary of Position:
The Account Executive position is focused on project management and works closely with client and supplier contacts to deliver successful marketing campaigns and projects. Account Executives are highly organized and have a passion for building relationships. You will be a valued part of both your internal pep team and your client team - we work hard but we also have a great time together! Major responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
* Manage marketing promotions by collaborating with your client to assemble all promotion specifications and communicating requirements to respective suppliers.
* Proactively understand your clients' pain points and deliver new capabilities, efficiencies and innovative ideas to support them ongoing in the ever-changing consumer promotions landscape.
* Maintain strong metrics. You are responsible for on-time file closure, on-time & on-budget and audit scores.
* Build relationships by conducting regular status meetings with clients, vendors and internal resources to ensure flawless, on-time, on-budget execution for each promotion.
* Build your Knowledge & Expertise by seeking out additional training, staying up to date on industry news and trends, and assisting in the development of processes/procedures.
* Build a relationship with your AC by mentoring and coaching them as they work towards the AE role.

* Marketing or project management experience preferred, but not required.
