Position Overview: This role can be home-based in the Northern Florida market.

The Account Executive's primary role is to prospect, qualify, and build relationships with school district and program directors in order to serve the needs of teachers and caregivers of children from birth to age 5. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

• Lead Generation: Identify and purse new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers particularly focusing on school districts and program directors.

• Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products or services and demonstrating value propositions. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.

• Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning.

• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.

• Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to clients, ensuring successful implementation and continued satisfaction with Frog Street's products or services. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

• Number of new clients acquired, particularly within the educational sector (school districts and program directors)

• Client retention and satisfaction levels

• Sales pipeline growth and management

• Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities

QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the educational or childcare sector5+ years Sales Experience (preferred)

• Candidate must reside within the designated territory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

• Proven track record of developing leads through prospecting

• Experience working effectively in a remote environment

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting virtual meetings.

• Ability to travel (2-4 days a week) frequently for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related events. Travel may include overnight stays.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event setups or travel-related activities.

• Occasional walking, bending, and reaching to organize materials, or transport sales collateral.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including office settings and client locations.
