Firecom has built the most trusted name in the industry by continuously developing innovative products.Position Summary:The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in the organization, tasked with the development, maintenance, and evaluation of client accounts while cultivating strong and lasting relationships. This individual will serve as a key link between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Responsibilities:1. Business Development and Relationship Building:Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive NYC market, leveraging self-generated leads and established industry relationships.Cultivate and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.2. Proposal Design and Implementation:Devise and execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization's capabilities and value proposition.3. Work Order Management:Efficiently and accurately process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects.Basic Qualifications:High school Diploma or GED5+ years in Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry.Valid Driver Licenses requiredPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with NYC Building Codes and NFPA72 regulations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the compliance landscape.Adeptness in utilizing software tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software)Physical Requirements:Ability to travel 30% of the timePavion is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
