We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Business Development person to help us expand our market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Business Development Representative in the Greater New Orleans Region. The representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development tasks on a daily basis.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Understand clients' business and IT needs and propose appropriate solutions, including software, hardware, and IT services.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote UDI solutions and services.
  • Manage entire sales process and customer relationship cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage pipeline and sales process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
