For more information, visit CharlotteFootballClub.com.Position SummaryThe Group Sales Account Executive position will be responsible for maximizing group sales revenue, meeting set sales goals and metric expectations, and building a pipeline of prospective clients by networking to establish authentic business relationships.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue for Charlotte FC Ticket Sales through various Group Ticket initiatives.Execute group experience ideas and programs, including planning and executing events or theme nights for companies, community groups, themes, youth soccer teams, etc.Produce a high volume of outbound calls to communicate group ticket opportunities. Provide solutions to prospects considering a group outing with a persistent and positive attitude. Generate sales through cold calling, referral gathering, networking, and appointment setting.Develop and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C buyers and organizations.Attend youth soccer tournaments, grassroots marketing efforts and home games throughout the season to connect with current and potential ticket buyers.Represent Charlotte FC in various community events, club promotions and charity functions.Matchday Responsibilities will be executing matchday experiences, client visits, and assisting other departments as needed.Assist with selling single game tickets and securing Season Ticket Membership deposits.Sales & Service ResponsibilitiesProvide best-in-class customer service to all prospects and clientsUpdate customer records in CRM to document all appropriate details and informationWork with Ticket Operations to ensure all accounts are up-to-date on ticket delivery, payment, etc.Assist in contacting current customers to generate sales and increase retention as well as locate incremental revenue opportunitiesAdditional ResponsibilitiesAssist in the overall success & meeting goals of the sales area of the Ticket OfficeAssist with all functions of the Ticket Office including, but not limited to, ticket sales, phone calls, written correspondence, special promotions and programs, etc.Administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and providing support to other departments as neededOther duties as assigned by Department LeadershipMinimum QualificationsAt least 1 year of ticket sales experience at the collegiate or professional levelBilingual (English/Spanish)Must be flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends, nights, and holidaysMust pass pre-employment screensPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Archtics ticketing systemPassion for the growing soccer in America, MLS, and Charlotte FC preferredEssential FunctionsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on motivating and innovatingWorks well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be a team player, reliable, and dependableAbility to make sound decisions and exercise independent judgement and discretion with integrity and accountability, while working in a fast-paced, high-demand, and sometimes strenuous environmentMust maintain complete confidentiality of privileged, and/or sensitive informationMust, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports & Entertainment brandMust be able to multi-task while managing time successfullyPhysical RequirementsSitting at desk and computer for long periods of timeStanding for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift 15 pounds at a timeWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
