Design Your Future at PVHAccount Executive III, Calvin Klein Womens - Calvin KleinThe Account Executive III is responsible for planning, strategizing, and selling Calvin Klein Women's Apparel in the US Wholesale Channel, to achieve sales plans and protect the profitability of the division. Collaborate by account to identify specific opportunities to achieve PVH+ Plan & Divisional Sales Targets. This is a cross functional role that will require collaboration with many internal departments!Responsibilities:Develop key understanding of the competitive landscape, and use this knowledge to find opportunities for sales growth to internal partnersAnalyze selling on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis to seek opportunities to drive business.Prepare recaps that highlight opportunities – best sellers, door performance, how it relates to the total business and translate that into growth opportunitiesEstablish a strategic partnership with accounts to further understand the product needs and opportunitiesCollaborate with Merchandising to build assortments to increase sales by account/regionDevelop, present, monitor and react to sales plans that deliver top line and bottom line growth. (Retail OTB, item tracking and forecasting)Partner with Visual Merchandising and field team to ensure strong product execution in storesFiscal Reporting monthly current ship month projection as well as total year forecastSell seasonal lines with powerful assortments tailored to each account, that enhance the Calvin Klein brand while setting the brand for profitable sales growthTimely confirmation and tracking of monthly shipmentsPartner with marketing on initiatives that drive increased in-store and online traffic and conversion for account baseAssist the Vice President of Sales in the daily operation of the division: Handling Market Calendar, Maintaining Order File, Monthly Surplus/ATS, Monthly Ship spread, Top to Top Leadership MeetingsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree with concentration in business, retail and/or marketing6 to 10 years experience with proven results in this product categoryStrong interpersonal, retail analysis and presentation skillsStrong time management and communication skillsHighly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, NuOrderStrong Math and analytical skillsExperience with US wholesale accounts such as Macys and Dillard'sThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$130,000 - $150,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
