Account Executives work in a sales role, helping to maintain or extend existing accounts (customers) and develop new accounts. Account executives have an ease with people, an ability to develop new relationships easily and beyond all else, and confidence in the products and services they are offering. Account Executives are responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Make a minimum of 115 daily sales calls Monday through Thursday
- Make a minimum of 50 sales calls on Friday
Responsibilities Include - Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Have a thorough understanding solution's capabilities in order to present products to prospective clients
- Have an understanding of competitors' products and capabilities
- Engage with the implementation/development team to clearly identify client requirements to ensure the product suits the client's needs
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Travel as required occasionally
Requirements Include - Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Presentation skills to build strategies and report them clearly and professionally to prospects, clients, support staff, and the development team
- Organizational and time management abilities to stay ahead of regular deadlines and to organize projects, clients' files, and other important tasks
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Enthusiastic and passionate
Pluses - Knowledge of the staffing industry is strongly recommended, but not required
- Experience in Sales and software
- Experience with selling scheduling, payroll, billing, or financial systems
