The Role
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in generating pipeline opportunities and surpassing ARR sales targets. Your responsibilities include crafting a strategic sales plan to target, grow, and expand Level Data's client base.
Responsibilities
- Proactively grow and manage the sales pipeline, consistently surpassing quarterly and annual ARR sales quotas.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to target accounts, focusing on expanding the pipeline and successfully closing new business sales.
- Follow up on Sales Development Marketing Qualified Leads, converting them into valuable pipeline opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales demonstrations to effectively communicate Level Data's value to school districts and state-level stakeholders, collaborating closely with sales engineers for product demonstrations to schools.
- Establish a trusted rapport with prospects, aiding them in identifying challenges and showcasing how Level Data can serve as a strategic solution to their needs.
- Systematically manage contacts, leads, opportunities and all client interactions and activities through a well-defined sales process in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy of pipeline and forecast.
- Foster collaborative relationships with sales team members, marketing, client success, and product management.
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, contributing clear thinking, innovative strategies, and ideas that align seamlessly with our values and culture.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, sales operations, and finance to identify opportunities for reducing the sales cycle, enhancing sales velocity, and increasing overall bookings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA) is required.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Executive role, demonstrating success in selling solutions to multiple buyers.
- Proven track record of surpassing quota attainment within a SaaS sales model.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including adeptness in delivering impactful sales presentations.
- Proficient understanding of sales methodologies (value selling, solutions selling, strategic selling).
- Prior experience in a SaaS EdTech company is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot is mandatory.
