The role: Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, Prestige Retail, the Account Executive is responsible for achieving monthly Invoiced Sales targets within an assigned geographic territory for Oribe Haircare. This role will be accountable for driving sales and growth while ensuring consistency in brand execution across prestige retail partners.

This is a cross channel role that will also have a dotted line relationship to the Sales Manager, Prestige Retail to assist in delivery and implementation of the commercial strategy of the sales initiatives and programming with the local country markets.

This territory will cover the NY metro area and Canada.

What you will do:

  • Deliver monthly territory sales goals by building and executing a strategic business plan for territory growth
  • Collaborate with store retail teams in executing optimally performing in-store strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential new business opportunities to increase channel profits
  • Assist Regional Marketing teams to ensure the delivery and communication of a sales growth driven toolbox and brand assets to the local teams and customers in North America (ex. Holt Renfrew, Space.NK, etc)
  • Analyze monthly revenue and assigned budgeted expenses to mitigate risk and develop a plan of action should sales performance deviate from target
  • Manage freelance and gratis expenses within assigned budgets to maximize return on investment and increase sales through profitable growth
  • Execute brand training and events to ensure consistency in brand message across retailers

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
