Our client is looking for an Account Executive to join their team in Garden City, NY! This role will be an addition to their Personal Injury Department. This is an onsite position M-F with the possibility of becoming hybrid once fully trained.
The Account Executive (AE) is a critical sales/customer service role that involves promoting the company s legal services with existing and potential personal injury clients. The AE develops strong relationships with clients while managing their accounts to achieve annual sales and service objectives. The position requires handling, processing and administration of matters that are submitted to the company. The AE is the primary point in the delivery of services to clients and will seamlessly collaborate with other team members. Client satisfaction represents the most important objective for this role
