THE ROLE - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

OVERVIEW - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and promoting our vast array of services to commercial clients.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. They should have the ability to understand clients' service needs and challenges, providing customized solutions to meet those needs. As the primary point of contact, the Account Executive will ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Additionally, the Account Executive will present our range of commercial plumbing services-such as installation, service, and repair-to prospective customers. This role requires maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. The Account Executive will also prepare regular reports on client feedback for management review.

REQUIREMENTS - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably within the construction industry)
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel within New York City and Long Island as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

SALARY AND BENEFITS - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Salary Range: Salary Range: $60k-$80k
