Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in account management, sales, B2B, and experience working with industrial equipment. The candidate must also have experience with MAC and Apple products, as well as CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Hubspot. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, rate negotiations, presentations, C-level communication, reporting, upselling, and client relationship management.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and account activity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, and B2B.
  • Experience working with industrial equipment is a must.
  • Proficient in MAC and Apple products.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, and Hubspot.
  • Proficient in Excel, rate negotiations, presentations, C-level communication, reporting, upselling, and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
