We are seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding office team in Culver City, CA. You'll take on pre-existing accounts, giving you a solid starting point while offering plenty of room for growth. As we continue to build out our team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our future, fostering strong relationships in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

A Day in the life:

• Expanding our business on / in well-established client accounts.
• Grow and develop your book of business by fostering new client relationships and maintaining current customer accounts.
• Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily using a variety of methods.
• Serve as a strategic consultant for clients by being their single point of contact for their account's personal staffing needs.
• Attend client visits to build a comprehensive understanding of client company culture to in order tpo deliver better service.
• Intake job order details from clients to learn their desired responsibilities and qualifications.
• Communicate in real-time new job openings and closings, job and credentialing requirements, and status of submittals to staffing team.
• Educate Staffing Managers on client submittal requirements and oversee the submittal process for qualified candidates.
• Maintain client centric documentation on credentialing, compliance, onboarding documents, and policies.
• Qualify job orders to see how a candidate fits into the assignment.

About you:

• 2+ years of account management and / or account executive experience
• Strong motivation for personal growth and success
• Ambitious with a record of determination, effort, and achievement
• Bachelor's Degree Required

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
