Qualis, a LivTech brand, is revolutionizing the hospice care landscape by offering an all-encompassing DME management software and service platform tailored specifically for hospiceand palliative care providers. Our technology integrates with multiples EHR helping billing, patient engagement, operational workflows, and empowering providers to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.

Role Description:

This role requires identifying new business opportunities, delivering persuasive demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic sales plans tailored for hospice providers. Candidates must be adept at building relationships within hospice and palliative care networks, familiar with Sandler and Challenger sales methodologies, and capable of delivering effective presentations virtually and in person. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role suited to those who can work independently and thrive in a technology-driven environment focused on improving end-of-life care.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to a Sales Leader within Livtechs Homecare division.

Location:

Remote position based in the U.S., ideally near a major airport to facilitate travel as needed. A hybrid office option is available in Atlanta, GA.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in hospice or post-acute healthcare software solutions (experience in hospice, home health, or palliative care required; candidates without this background should not apply).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication skills with experience managing virtual and in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation and deal closing.
  • Expertise in deal forecasting, discovery processes, and customer relationship management for accurate monthly sales performance prediction.
  • Ability to analyze lost deals and provide feedback for product or process improvement.
  • Commitment to established sales processes and an openness to process enhancements.
  • Keen learner with strong listening skills, capable of effectively applying sales methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS sales within the healthcare sector with a deep understanding of the hospice or palliative care market.
  • Proficiency in prospect discovery and pain point identification using a consultative approach.
  • Skilled in product demonstrations using the Demo2Win methodology.
  • Strong prospecting and follow-up skills, with a consistent history of quota attainment.
  • Verifiable independent references demonstrating sales achievements.
