Account Executive to help build the next major player in financial technology. As part of a rapidly growing team, you'll be a key contributor to a fast-paced, ambitious sales department growing at over 30% each month. We're looking for a skilled, driven professional eager to make an impact-a business-minded individual who thrives in a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring empathy, resilience, and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences, with a genuine passion for B2B finance and helping clients achieve financial efficiency. What You'll Do
- Drive our revenue, owning the entire sales cycle through close.
- Develop strategies for closing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
- Leverage proven sales methodology to uncover customer needs and pain points.
- Articulate our value proposition by using the appropriate sales qualification.
- Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to provide customer feedback.
- Conduct highly personalized demos tailored to their specific pain points and needs.
- Handle and overcome any and all objections by identifying the root cause.
- Be able to close, negotiate, and close deals consistently.
- Providing an exceptional and customer-centric experience that allows you to control the buying journey from beginning to end.
- B2B finance and fin-tech experience is a bonus.
- Most importantly, bring your energy and have fun.
What You Need
- 1+ years of experience as an account executive and in sales from SaaS or finance companies - relationship-building, driving revenue and closing business.
- Must be in the Bay Area or be with the top 2%.
- Grit and the willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed.
- Experience managing accounts. Some experience presenting to C-level or other key decision-maker relationships. We will train you.
- A growth mindset and complete dedication to mastering the art of selling; coachable, taking extreme ownership, and trusting the process.
- Track record or relevant experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- You are a PHD - Positive, Hungry and Determined!
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM, Powerpoint, and Excel (We will train you).

Salary & Benefits
- Location: San Francisco, CA.
- Salary $90k - $150k (OTE based on performance with a floor salary)
