Account Executive/Senior Account Executive - Ad Tech Start-Up - $100,000-130,000 base + Double OTE

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling data-driven solutions to agencies and in-house programmatic teams
• Expand existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for business development
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all account activities
• Provide thoughtful, data-backed recommendations using advanced insights tools
• Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue goals
• Maintain strong, day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure long-term success

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic, data, digital media, or AdTech sales
• Expertise in data-driven marketing and familiarity with the digital landscape
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing leads and opportunities
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with a solid academic record
