The role of the Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact and the face of the organization for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop customized benefits solutions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring that our clients receive best-in-class benefits administration.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence by consistently meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests for information.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and lead the implement for any necessary changes.
- Build positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Conduct annual Year in Review with the client to identify and implement improvements.
- Lead collaboration between clients, executive leadership, and external stakeholders, resolving issues with top-tier professionalism.
- Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, maintaining current client documentation, and providing guidance for internal standard operation procedures.
- Manage, update and approve the HRAlly portal and enrollment transactions, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for clients and their employees.
- Manage client benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, acquisitions, divestitures, and escalated issues.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a deep understanding of the benefits landscape.
- Generate and provide client facing reporting, scheduled and on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assists with special projects such as client implementations, dependent eligibility audits and renewals
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 5 or more years of insurance industry and/or technology experience related to servicing benefits administration accounts preferred.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and healthcare regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs and Outlook.
- Intermediate Excel ability with formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong project management skills.

Pay Range 70000 - 90000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
