By teaching educators to use Executive Function tools and strategies in their classrooms, they can support their students in reaching their academic goals. The school-based program is a division of Beyond BookSmart, the nation's leading provider of 1:1 Executive Function coaching.Job OverviewJoin our team and help educators solve huge issues in their classrooms! As an Account Executive, you will work directly with our school programming team to bring Executive Function professional development to schools around the United States. Managing the sales cycle with the help of an SDR, BrainTracks is poised to launch and grow the newest division of our company. Our evidenced-based Executive Function coaching methods and strategies have supported children, parents, and working professionals for 20 years. BrainTracks is now ready to bring this world-class training to teachers in general education classrooms.Responsibilities:Conduct prospecting efforts to acquire new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, demonstrating a proactive approach to business development.Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial discovery call to the successful closure of deals, showcasing strong negotiation skills and attention to detail throughout the process.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Understand the K-12 buying process and purchasing cycles, to meet the specific needs of educational institutions.Collaborate effectively with our programming team to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings, to maintain a competitive edge in the market.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications and Needed Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of success in K-12 sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience with various CRMs, including demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot or SalesForce.Must have advanced knowledge and tech savviness in Google/Office Suite, Google apps, and video conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Persistent follow-up on warm leads to ensure effective engagement and conversion.Strong communication and negotiation skills with previous sales training preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Available to work 40 hours on weekdays, Monday-Friday, between the business hours of 8 am-6 pm EST.Ability to work from home with a reliable computer, internet, and phone.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Working conditions:This is a full-time remote position, which allows for the flexibility to work from home, Monday-Friday during regular school hours in all time zones. Applicants must be able to sit/stand for potentially long periods of time in front of a computer monitor/laptop and frequently use their home or cell phone.Compensation:The starting base salary range is $73,500 to $87,500 depending on experience, plus commissions and bonuses.
