With over 15 locationsand 800 employees globally, we are the number one children's wear company in the world.Overview:The Account Executive will oversee all aspects of account management for key accounts and is financially accountable to drive results.Key Accountabilities:Manage national/regional retail account(s) and create sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growthDevelop strong relationships with internal and external partners to grow the businessMaintain product expertise across brands and categories to drive growthIdentify and deliver new business opportunities with customersCompile and maintain order and shipping information for all accountsAlign brand strategies to achieve sales goalsPartner with Demand Planning team for sales forecastsMonitor market trends and present competitive dataRecruit, train, and manage Account AssociatesTravel to accounts for seasonal sell-inHandle special projects as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field3+ years' experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industryProficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
