We use a defined onboarding internship process to become successful at selling and marketing services and technologies!Summary:The Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new clients in need of CRM, Marketing, Process consulting services from TopLine. As an account executive, you get to guide new clients through the sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to ultimately purchasing services from TopLine Results. You will also continue to engage and foster long term relationships with customers and look for continual ways to provide value as a consultant to their business. As an Account Executive, you must stay informed about current TopLine services and software capabilities and must ensure client expectations are appropriately set.Primary Responsibilities:Complete daily sales lead calls and meet weekly call targetsWork with sales team to schedule qualified sales callsUpdate CRM with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activitiesManage customer account relationships providingCreate lists of prospects from various tools and resources providedLearn about and stay current on the software platforms TopLine offersParticipate in building marketing campaigns with digital marketing automation softwareDocument and update existing practicesCreative and resourceful in finding and connecting with prospectsTenacious and persistent at following up via phone callsTechnically savvy with softwareWilling to follow TopLine internal processes and CRM best practicesDriven to achieve daily activity goalsDedicated team playerExcellent writing skills and communication skillsExperience/Education requirements:4-6 years of experience in a sales roleBachelor's degree in related business field or equivalent experienceExperience in a people-facing roleA passion for technologyStrong competency in Microsoft applicationsProven record of determinationBenefits and incentives:Paid Time OffMedical Benefits401K MatchMonthly Bonus available based on KPI performanceDetailed development and incentive planConsistent access to company leadersHybrid work environmentSchedule flexibilityCompany sponsored networking, development, and certifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
