Driving meaningful progress for our clients and our community.The ideal candidate is located in Central or Western, NY, but we'll consider fully remote candidates.As an account executive, you'll partner with account supervisors and account directors to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. Account executives (AE) are marketing professionals who can handle a variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. They work with other account leaders to apply client, marketing, and industry knowledge to support improved client outcomes and business results. The AE builds internal relationships across all agency resources and capabilities based on trust through responsiveness, managing expectations, and providing a superior work product on behalf of the agency.DutiesEstablish relationships with tier 3-4 clients.Support the account leadership team assigned to tier 1-2 accounts.Gather client input, plan, analyze, and evaluate project/campaign initiatives, and develop briefs as an outcome.Prepare billing and support intake of potential and approved projects within our client management software.Input client direction and feedback into workflow software (Jira).Organize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Build client knowledge to support critical thinking and questions upon project intake.Build a foundational understanding of staffing and scoping requirements.Recognize when project standards are not being met and alert account supervisors or directors.Demonstrate curiosity and build your knowledge base around the agency's capabilities and disciplines.Work alongside account supervisors and account directors to write simple briefs.Hold conversations with clients about project questions and the agency's process.Keep up to date on industry and client news that could support work creation.Requirements:2-5 years of work/project management experienceExpertise with Microsoft Office suiteSkilled in written and verbal communicationDemonstrates commercial abilities and business and financial acumenDependable and trusted team memberStrategically inquisitiveAt DS+CO, we hold true to these core values:CommunityCuriosityCourageDixon Schwabl + Company is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
