- Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Conduct web-based and resource-driven research to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Support sales efforts by developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads.
- Marketing Support and Campaign Execution:
- Assist in telemarketing efforts and execute email campaigns to drive engagement.
- Create and design promotional materials using graphic design tools.
- Manage and monitor social media activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Sales and Customer Support:
- Follow up on service agreements, repair quotes, and construction project proposals.
- Prepare, process, and manage service agreements efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate with the sales team to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and service agreements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Windows. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Adaptability: Flexible and capable of meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling marketing materials and social media content.
