ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Account Executive who is passionate about exceeding sales goals by delivering exceptional value to clients. Candidates are preferred to reside in Houston, TX metro area but will be considered across the continental United States. This position will oversee developing and executing strategic account pursuit plans, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and coordinating with our business development and marketing teams on lead generation spanning multiple industries.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Set and deliver market-leading annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective regional and account-specific winning sales strategies
- Communicate Value Creed's value proposition across the market
- Manage account growth by fostering strong customer relationships and understanding their strategic goals and challenges
- Ensure cohesive, world-class customer experience by coordinating sales teams, service and delivery, subject matter experts and other resources as needed
- Facilitate and maintain successful relationships with customers, measured by customer satisfaction levels, increased revenue levels and overall account penetration.
- Collaborate with the global business development, sales, and marketing teams to spearhead lead generation initiatives within defined territory
- Communicate and collaborate on opportunity plans and sales strategies with other members of the virtual account team, as well as Value Creed field and corporate management.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients' needs, challenges, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate and thoroughly documented pipeline of opportunities within Value Creed's CRM
- Manage use of customer relationship management tool to ensure all activities, opportunities and sales goals are accurately captured, tracked and managed within existing Value Creed sales processes
- Ongoing self-education, training and development in the ETRM/CTRM industry
- Regularly represent the Value Creed brand at events and tradeshows
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Flawless demonstration of integrity and ethics throughout career
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, technology, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years B2B sales experience in Oil & Gas, IT services or consultancy
- Demonstrated record of success in sales of complex technical services to major industrial buyers in international/global environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-accountability environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as required, estimated 25% annually dependent upon assigned account(s) and candidate's home location

- Experience in consultancy background or understanding of IT application ecosystems
