- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proven ability to achieve quota targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior employment at Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS Company.
- Extensive cold calling experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with subcontractors and general contractors.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients.
- 40-50% travel.
