Job Overview:
The Regional Account Executive – Laboratory Testing Services is a pivotal position responsible for driving the sales and adoption of HPV testing products in primary care settings within major urban areas. This role requires a deep understanding of STD/STI diagnostics, a robust network of healthcare professionals, and the ability to effectively advocate for the adoption of innovative testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the healthcare sector, specifically within STD/STI diagnostics, and a proven track record of influencing decision-makers and thought leaders in the medical community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote HPV testing products to primary care providers in designated major cities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinic managers, and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Educate and train healthcare providers on the benefits and procedures of HPV testing, emphasizing the importance of early detection and prevention of HPV-related diseases.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and healthcare provider needs to adjust sales strategies and provide feedback to the product development teams.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to promote HPV testing products and gather insights from the field.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the region through effective lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
Internal and External Interactions:
- Externally, this role requires frequent interaction with healthcare providers, including doctors and medical staff, to promote HPV testing products and build advocacy among medical communities.
- Internally, the Regional Specialist will collaborate with the Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure product availability and support.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree in healthcare or business is preferred.
- At least 2+ years of experience of in person sales and managing complex sales cycles.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, with a strong emphasis on STD/STI diagnostics.
- Extensive network of healthcare professionals and a proven track record of building relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

- $77,000 - $93,000 Base + $30,000 Commission. $107,000 - $123,000 OTE.
