MyStudio is a software-as-a-service suite of products that gives fitness, martial arts, and other membership-based business studio owners the freedom that comes from automating and simplifying how customers buy from them — making them more money at all hours of the day, saving them money, and granting them more time.
We're seeking a driven Account Executive to fuel revenue growth by acquiring and managing new business opportunities. As the face of our company, you'll represent our brand, build strong client relationships, and align our solutions to their goals.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and business acumen, along with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll tackle common buying objections, build rapport quickly, and influence stakeholders to close deals.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other strategies.
- Research and vet SMB clients for successful MyStudio software implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage your pipeline, leveraging online/offline resources to create new opportunities.
- Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, relationship building, presentations, and deal closures.
- Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms for both MyStudio and clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Forecast monthly goals and report pipeline progress to your manager.
- Communicate successes and challenges to the Sales Manager to align with monthly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to uncover business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Team player who is coachable with an openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self-improvement
- A genuine care for company values along with a “results matter” mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary Range
The position comes with a base salary of $65,000 plus $40,000 in performance based bonuses.
Work Environment
In-office position based in Fairfax, VA, a suburb of Washington, DC.
