Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive Role:

Prospect and Develop New Business

  • Leverage market research and industry insights to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct outreach to builders, architects, and homeowners to establish new opportunities.

Nurture and Expand Client Relationships

  • Follow up on leads to build a repeat book of business with a focus on trust and client satisfaction.
  • Foster lasting connections by understanding client needs and consistently exceeding expectations.

Manage and Optimize Performance

  • Utilize our CRM platform (Odoo) to track client interactions, monitor progress, and analyze performance data.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.

Craft Tailored Proposals

  • Develop compelling and customized proposals that align with client requirements and highlight the benefits of our product lines.

Deliver Impactful Presentations

  • Present engaging and persuasive content to potential clients, emphasizing our innovative offerings.

Navigate Complex Client Requirements

  • Understand and interpret detailed customer specifications for the preparation of customized quotes.
  • Independently negotiate pricing and value-added services based on detailed quoting configurations.

Oversee Order Process

  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders while maintaining product quality and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor invoicing to ensure payments are received within terms and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in window and door sales.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales, lead generation and business development within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish\English) is preferred.
