Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and implement data-driven advertising strategies that enhance client ROI.
- Industry Expertise & Market Development:
- Stay updated on trends, innovations, and developments within the orthopedic and healthcare industries.
- Position Orthobullets as the go-to platform for advertising to the orthopedic community.
- Represent Orthobullets at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver reports that showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare advertising sales, with a focus on the orthopedic industry preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.
