Client Overview: Our client, a digital media powerhouse, is seeking an Account Executive to join their sales team.
Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for selling premium video content, YouTube media sales, and custom content solutions that help brands connect with Gen Z and multicultural audiences.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new media sales opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and crafting tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches in connecting brands with Gen Z and Entertainment fans.
- Work with creative, production, and analytics teams to develop and execute impactful content campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas, track performance metrics, and report on industry trends.
- Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout campaign lifecycles.
Account Executive Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven success in media sales, with a focus on custom content and/or YouTube media sales.
- Solid understanding of digital media, content marketing, Gen Z, and Korean Entertainment trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
