We're looking to hire a dynamic Account Executive / Project Manager, for a agency client. This person will be supporting a variety of brand campaigns across social, digital, and activation platforms.
**3-6 month contract then convert
**Rate $30-40/hr -- $60-70K at conversion
**Hybrid in Culver City
As an Account Executive / Project Manager, you will report directly to the Account Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution across various brand touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary support for the Account Director, ensuring client needs are met and projects are executed flawlessly
- Assist in managing social and digital creative projects for brand clients, including asset review and copy proofing
- Coordinate with external partner agencies to align on campaign goals and deliverables
- Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely project updates
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage project workflow
- Assist in managing client meetings, developing presentations, and ensuring seamless project delivery
- Prepare estimates and manage budget tracking
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in an account management or project management role within a brand or marketing agency
- Digital and social media experience; understanding of content strategy, asset development, and the overall process from strategy to execution
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
- High-level understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Collaborative team player who is willing to adapt to changing client needs.
