Most customers come to them via website and chat into them or they call directly in. Will be taking calls or chats to gain an understanding of the customers' needs and selling multiple lines of products on one call. Bring up multiple product lines, turn shoppers into buyers * Someone who wants to be in Sales - working to convert shoppers to buyers * Full cycle selling - Understanding the need to placing the order * Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems * Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats * Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, QB Core Product (Desktop and Cloud) * * *Necessary Skills and Strengths:* *Inbound Sales | Call Center Experience| Microsoft Office Suite* *Core Experience:* * Consultative selling approach * Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling and closing) * Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) * Familiarity with Google Workspace Understanding of sales performance metrics * Excellent communication skills Experience working in International marketsAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
