DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation, and investment.Position Overview:The Worcester Red Sox are seeking a driven, professional Account Executive to specialize in B2B ticket sales. The Corporate Events Manager is a full-time position responsible for selling season ticket memberships, nightly suites, and corporate hospitality outings for WooSox home games at Polar Park. This key team member will focus on selling new season ticket memberships, developing strong relationships with members, and creating memorable experiences for corporate groups. The club will provide the necessary tools to succeed and deliver on our high expectations at Polar Park.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling season ticket memberships, nightly suites, and corporate hospitality outings to WooSox home games at Polar Park.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals for season ticket memberships, group events, and corporate hospitality packages.
- Actively prospect new business opportunities by reaching out to Worcester Red Sox fans and local businesses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive ticket sales and enhance customer experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all corporate groups have memorable experiences before, during, and after their events at Polar Park.
- Participate in training programs, including the Ultimate Toolkit, to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support overall team goals.
- Assist with processing sales transactions through Tickets.com and DocuSign.
- Contribute to the positive culture of the sales team by actively participating in meetings and training sessions.
- Other duties as assigned, including support for team events and initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM, Tickets.com, DocuSign, and MS Office programs.
- Willingness to work nontraditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
