What would you do as a Account Manager, MLTC Services
As a Full-Time Account Manager for Community Based Services at VillageCare, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of Licensed Home Care Agencies, Fiscal Intermediaries, Certified Home Health Agencies, and Social Day Care Centers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with credentialing, contracting, provider relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all functions. You will maintain contracts that support our MLTC and Medicare lines of business, conduct onboarding sessions for new agencies, and perform annual visits to assess Tier 1 and Tier 2 LHCSAs. Collaborating closely with Business Development, you will strengthen Plan/Provider partnerships, driving membership growth while improving care quality.
You will also oversee contract accuracy through quality audits, resolve authorization issues in concert with Care Management, and ensure compliance with state regulations during Social Day visits. Additionally, you will respond proactively to provider-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and promoting a collaborative atmosphere.

To excel as a Full-Time Account Manager for Community Based Services at VillageCare, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate familiarity with NYS and CMS healthcare regulations. A strategic thinker with superior organizational skills, you will require a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in managed care operations, particularly in long-term care services for government programs like Medicaid and Medicare. Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge is essential, alongside proven leadership capabilities that translate into action. Effective communication skills are crucial, allowing you to engage and influence employees across all management levels.
