Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they get the most value out of our platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each clients operational challenges and tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, development, and customer success to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the use of our platform within existing accounts, driving upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Manage client renewals and negotiate contracts, ensuring high retention rates and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide clients with insights and performance reports, demonstrating the value our technology brings to their operations.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, further strengthening relationships and market presence.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in financial technology or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of data management, automation, or reconciliation solutions, ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of identifying upselling opportunities and driving client growth.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
