Coach and enable your brands to grow their business with the right tools, processes, and partnership models. - Be an operator - leverage data and analysis to forecast the business and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges across merchandising, logistics, product, and platform.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- BS/MS degree with a graduation date before December of 2025- Self driven, have ownership to take the responsibility of helping brands to achieve business success on TikTok.- Data mindset to dig out opportunities and root causes for the business.- Results driven, always pursuing all possibilities to get the business results, and paying attention to details to enhance efficiencyPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in consulting, brand services, or marketing.- Bilingual in Mandarin/French/Spanish due to close collaboration with international teamsTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
