Role: Account Manager - HealthCare Staffing (Must have worked in Staffing Industry) Work Location: RemoteWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at InfiCare. We are looking for people with must have experience in Staffing Industry and HealthCare Sector. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key national clients.
- Understand clients' unique staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by regularly assessing their staffing requirements and delivering high-quality services.
- Must have worked in Staffing Industry
- Must have experience with HealthCare Sector
Sales and Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities within your assigned national accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute on account growth initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
Account Strategy: - Develop account plans, outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines for account growth.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry changes to adapt and improve strategies.
- Work with internal teams to customize services to meet client needs.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Account Manager or similar role in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, trends, and best practices.
- Must have experience with either HealthCare clients or various Govt./State Clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
