We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in selling our innovative products and services to customers within your assigned territory. You'll leverage your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, perform cost-saving analyses, troubleshoot issues, and qualify creditworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.

* Generate new sales by actively promoting our product line and identifying growth opportunities within your territory.

* Conduct cost-saving analyses and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

* Assess creditworthiness of customers to support the sales process and maintain financial integrity.

* Monitor and analyze market trends in your assigned region, preparing sales reports as required.

* Participate in month-end inventory and manage accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related area.

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn additional software applications as needed.

* Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment (not required).

* Knowledge of our organization, culture, and product lines is a plus.
