Our focus is on providing quality services while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and green practices. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

As an Account Manager at Enviroclean USA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing several key client accounts ranging up to $750,000 in annual revenue between 25 and 35 employees.

This role combines employee management, logistics coordination, client relations, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding & Training:
  • Ensure that all employees assigned to your accounts are properly onboarded and trained in line with company, green cleaning, and safety standards.
  • Employee Management & Logistics:
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and team management to ensure that client needs are consistently met. Coordinate with supervisors and cleaners to optimize productivity and service delivery. Conflict resolution to mitigate employee challenges.
  • Building Strong Company Culture:

Incorporating sustainability and the willingness to serve our team members and clients in the pursuit of overall achievement by all.

  • Account Inventory & Ordering:
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and consumables for each client account. Place orders for cleaning supplies and equipment, monitoring costs to remain within the designated budget.
  • Client Relations & Requests Resolution:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with them, addressing any questions, concerns, or service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that services are performed to the highest standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management:
  • Monitor and manage budgets for each account, ensuring services are delivered efficiently while controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Upselling of Special Cleaning Projects

Provide and promote cleaning opportunities to clients that are periodic cleaning projects like carpet cleaning, pressure washing, exterior/interior window cleaning, etc. Capable of developing proposals, estimates, etc.

  • Reporting and Meetings with Ownership

Routine reporting and meeting with ownership to review portfolio and other opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required OR 5 years in a management position as equivalent
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (working with teams of employees)
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
  • Expert level working with Microsoft Office Software Suite
  • Very experienced using IOS devices and software (Apple)
  • Schedule availability/work window 8 am-8 pm Monday Friday
  • Physically fit, able to lift 50+ pounds
