ABOUT THE ROLE . . .
This position will ideally be located Phoenix, Arizona market and will drive sales growth for our products and solutions within the mining industry.
- Interface with existing as well as potentially new customers growing sales and profitability within various market sectors such as Hard Rock Mining to develop and grow our wear products sales volume and profitability.
- Educate our customers on the high quality and process related technology of products manufactured by our facilities as well as the capacity and capability of these facilities.
- Identify and respond to customer concerns regarding product quality, delivery schedules, productivity or design concerns related with products, and other issues.
- Interact with manufacturing staff to ensure quality, timely delivery schedules and ever improving knowledge of the customer and product requirements.
- Develop quotes, proposals and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prospect for new accounts that align with the growth strategy and manufacturing capabilities.
- Support the company presence at various trade and technical shows and seminars.
EXPERIENCE WE NEED FROM YOU . . .
- Demonstrated successful experience developing new customer relationships and sales.
- Strong mining, mineral processing, and related crushing and grinding equipment knowledge.
- Strong, well developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- Solid technical acumen and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- An understanding of our foundry manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of key fiscal perspectives from both the company and customers.
