About the Team

The Global Account Management team links specialists to high-value global projects by identifying key accounts, developing strong account teams, and nurturing long-term relationships. Their focus includes bid management, sales, cross-selling, and providing market insights to drive the company's growth.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with the USA Country Manager, to support multiple energy clients while building new client pipelines. With additional support from Recruitment and Sales Enablement teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans across the energy sector. The objective is increase market share, enhance long-lasting partnerships with key energy players, contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and implement comprehensive growth strategies in partnership with the US team.
  • Engage in proactive sales efforts, including client meetings, networking events, and fostering relationships with key decision-makers to identify new project opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to recruiters and account coordinators to enhance business growth and maximize opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client operations, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, uncovering additional opportunities to extend partnerships to new roles / projects.

Key Deliverables

  • Drive an increase in gross profit, gross profit margins, and market share across multiple energy clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring high standards of operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute U.S. account strategies in alignment with global plans, setting clear goals and milestones.
  • Lead a cohesive U.S. account team to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities that expand services across both existing and emerging markets.

Background

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, including 3-5 years of managing strategic accounts in the Staffing industry.
  • Strong skills in business development and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with international experience working across different cultures (staffing/recruitment industry experience is a plus).
