Insight Global is looking for an Account Manager to support a large health insurance provider in the Pacific Northwest. This person will be responsible for working on client strategy for a large book of business for fully funded employers throughout the state. They will work alongside a team of account managers and support groups to gather territory research and identify new opportunities. The Account Manager will be required to travel in person to client and office meetings therefore must live within a commutable distance to Eugene, OR. 5+ years of experience in the commercial insurance industry with service with an emphasis on direct client contact Strong background with an understanding of Health Plan operations for fully funded groups Ability to consult with producers and groups, and identify opportunities to expand health plan services and relationships Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and financial performance targets Must be open to traveling to the Eugene, OR area a couple of times a month for client/team meetings
