Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at QYOU Media. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, optimizing campaign performance, developing strategic proposals, managing budgets, and coordinating campaigns with internal teams. The Account Manager will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Duties

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and communicate about campaign progress and results
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication between internal and external teams
  • Manage the execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns by delegating tasks to cross-functional teams
  • Present post-campaign reports to clients and internal stakeholders including data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement
  • Establish, maintain, and send weekly campaign performance reports to clients
  • Cooperate with other departments to define marketing campaign plans and ensure they align with the desired outcomes
  • Set up and maintain paid media ads on relevant social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Work with the Director of Account Management to strategically develop media plans for campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in account management, sales, or marketing
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms and metrics
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
  • Experience working with millennial and Gen Z audiences is a plus
  • Highly motivated and driven
