We are looking for a skilled and passionate Account Coordinator who will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers and make sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, should be resourceful, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Preparing reports on account status
- Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or any related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge

- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
