- Focus on Long Term Care settings, including rehab and nursing facilities, group homes, outpatient clinics, and home health.
- Product focus on; enteral, ostomy, wound care, urological, respiratory, sleep, and niche equipment.
- Leverage existing sales and service touchpoints to cultivate strong customer relationships and drive sales.
- Infuse trust, leadership, and a positive culture to stabilize the business area.
- Maximize recurring revenue growth through insured and non-insured medical supplies and equipment rentals.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify areas where HSS can better serve our customers.
- Provide broad lead generation and sales support for the Sales Executive.
- Handle ad hoc customer communications, quote preparation, order processing, and follow-up.
- Generate sales leads and schedule, plan, and follow up on sales appointments.
- Manage CRM systems, including contacts, activities, and opportunity pipelines.
- Oversee general customer relations and account management, cultivating strong relationships with accounts and prospects.
- Prepare Account QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for top accounts.
- Collaborate with Finance and Analytics to summarize business relationships using data.
- Work with Marketing to develop QBR materials.
- Support the Sales Executive in creating account-based action plans to drive growth.

Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 1-4 years of proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strongly preferred.
- Knowledgeable about support services commonly used in the skilled nursing environment e.g., oxygen concentrators, low air loss mattresses, wheelchairs, and patient safety and lift equipment, preferred.
- Familiarity with the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Compensation
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commission plan, opportunity for bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and an extensive benefits package. Successful Account Managers have the potential to earn up to $75,000+ in their first year.
