Job Type Full-time Description The CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions, LLC (CPTS) Account Manager will work directly the Account Executive team in support of CPTS's direct customer base. In this role, the Account manager will build a long-term business relationship with their assigned customers to grow their business, support their needs, ensure timely renewals, and maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction. This position will also involve supporting new customer sales and other duties as tasked. Many Account Managers often move on to Account Executive positions with experience. This role requires problem solvers who will thrive in a fast-paced, relationship driven environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for customer service, establishing long-term customer relationships, and working with their books to grow their business. Team members will also work in collaboration with other sales team members to achieve both individual and shared goals. This position resides in CPTS's corporate location in Orlando, Florida.
