Account Manager needs 5-7 years retail, fashion, eyewear experienceAccount Manager requires:Fashion/eyewear industry experience•Knowledge of merchandising, management and retail sales•Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing•Equivalent combination of education and experience•Results oriented with strong strategic sales approach•Negotiation skills; persuasive•Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills•Strong analytical skills in financial, marketing and demographic analysis of sales•Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships within the department store environment; builds business trust and earns confidence with key store management•Effective project management skills and strong organization/time management•Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment•Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPointAccount Manager duties:Achieves team quarterly / annual performance objectives including sales units, Partners with internal departments including trade marketing, brand management, product finance to execute customer eyewear strategies.
