Texmo Blank is a global company and our site in Warsaw Indiana has had a large investment in facilities and machinery over the last few years. This has enabled us to produce high quality product and we are looking at significant growth in the next few years. In order for this growth to succeed we need good quality people. We are looking for an Account manager who will take responsibility of plant level sales operations/performance, manage key accounts and penetrate and grow new customers within existing and new markets. The position will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.[Roles and Responsibilities]{lang= EN-IN } ]{lang= EN-IN }Build relationships with the portfolio of customer accounts at the Warsaw plantCollating forecasting intelligence and data to be shared with cross functional teams and tracking progress on a weekly basisGenerate New Business Development (NBD) opportunities with key existing accounts and potential customersWork closely with the engineering department on costing, technical clarifications and quote proposalsAttend customer meetings at the Warsaw plant or at the customer location as and when requiredAssist the Warsaw plant internal teams and key stakeholders in New Product Development (NPD) activitiesManage a NPD project from the customer standpoint, co-ordinating and managing tasks and resolving and completing key actionsSupport the production teams on customer forecasting intelligence and provide accurate visibility data for planning purposesWork with the Head of Business Development to formulate a medium/long term sales strategy both in terms of existing customer growth, market penetration and focus areas for business sustainabilityWork with Head of Business Development on establishing quarterly strategic planning wrt the Objective Key Result program for the US Warsaw plantAttend key internal review meetings on departmental and management company performance assessment and alignmentsCommercial support in the form of customer price increases and reviewing contracts with key stakeholders[Competencies]{lang= EN-IN }Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. Persistence is a key character quality for this role.Understanding of Microsoft Office products; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must.Excellent written and communication skills , including good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.Ideally, have a casting background or at the least 5+ years working in a manufacturing arenaGood decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to work as a team and autonomously to make critical decisions[Education and Experience ]{lang= EN-IN }College degree preferred (Business / Engineering), not essential.[Experience in the field : Min ]{lang= EN-IN }
