Volt is immediately hiring for an Account Manager in Englewood, COAs an Account Manager you will:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to executionCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveryManage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesMonitor project progress and identify potential risks and issuesImplement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentumBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsUnderstand client needs and expectationsProactively communicate project updates and address client inquiriesResolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective mannerCreate and manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reportsPrepare and submit necessary paperwork and reportsCoordinate logistics, including scheduling, shipping, and travel arrangementsAssist with budgeting and invoicingThis is a full time, direct hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePREVIOUS TRADESHOW EXPERIENCE A MUSTProven track record in project management and client relationship managementStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work irregular hours and travel as neededSalary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
