Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships within a designated geographic area, with a focus on achieving sales and profit goals while increasing market share.   • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business plans for your territory to achieve sales growth and meet quotas.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resource Utilization: Leverage company resources to effectively implement marketing strategies and sales processes.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to assist in business planning.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and manage the opportunity pipeline in the CRM system to track sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong general sales skills and presentation abilities, coupled with solid business acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage difficult situations and customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time and territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated, assertive, and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills to achieve sustainable results.
