Fleet managers and marketing teams rely on us to ensure every print detail and installation, whether it be 1 vehicle or 200, is best in class.Job Summary:The Account Manager in the Fleet Graphics industry is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, overseeing the execution of fleet graphics projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves a blend of sales, customer service, and project management, requiring excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of fleet graphics solutions.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue organic opportunities within the company's existing client base.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with existing clients, ensuring profitable deals.
- Identify referral opportunities from existing clients and pass to Account Executive team to pursue.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market & Industry Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and project outcomes.

RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of fleet graphics solutions, including design, production, and installation processes.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fleet graphics or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
